How it works:

Xcelerate Learning Programs address the barriers that stop individuals from participating in the economic life of the community. Our programs are specifically designed to target the maladaptive thoughts, emotions and behaviours that hold these barriers in place. Most barriers to employment are determined by a person’s unhelpful ways of thinking. By helping jobseekers to understand the presenting problem, its causes and effects, and by teaching skills and strategies to overcome unhelpful thoughts, emotions and behaviours, Xcelerate Learning assists jobseekers along the pathway to employment.
