Xcelerate is part of a group of companies that began with Sydney Rehabilitation Services (SRS), a specialist service for young people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) that was established in 1996. SRS has provided CTP rehabilitation and medico-legal assessments for young people involved in motor vehicle accidents. 

Xcelerate Employment Services has provided a Disability Employment Services (DES) program for jobseekers with disabilities and high support needs on behalf of the Australian Government since 2003 and operates out of 7 offices in Sydney. 

Xcelerate Employment Solutions provides CTP and WorkCover Vocational Rehabilitation to insurance companies. It is an accredited Rehabilitation Provider (Provider Number 488) under the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme. In addition to its 7 offices, Xcelerate Employment Solutions has outreach offices in Liverpool, Blacktown, Gosford, Newcastle and Wollongong.

Xcelerate Learning is the training arm of the group of companies. It is providing pre-employment workshops to Job Services Australia Stream 4 clients across Sydney.

Dr Jeffrey Bogan, a psychologist who completed his PhD in Neuropsychology in 1994 on the assessment of executive functions of young people with an acquired brain injury. Dr Bogan developed The Seals Test a developmental measure of executive function and presented his findings at National and International Conferences for Neuropsychologists. He has a Dip Teach and has been in private practice since 1994 providing rehabilitation and assessment of young people with ABI. Dr Bogan has published several papers in the area of brain injury and provides consultancy support to the Xcelerate group of companies. Dr Bogan is a registered psychologist in NSW and Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Cheryl Bogan, is a Special Education and Early Childhood teacher who has worked for the NSW Department of Education as a state-wide Early Childhood Consultant for pre-schools with students with disabilities and as a Principal of a special school for children with severe and multiple disabllities. Cheryl worked as an employment consultant for Xcelerate specifically with clients with disabilities.
